Staff Tech, is seeking to obtain the services of an ACF2 Administrator Consultant; to assist the Security Applications Section (SAS) with the day-to-day mainframe data security related activities. The Consultant shall perform at the level of an Information Technology Specialist I, responsible for IBM mainframe security and maintenance including the administration of ACF2 and other mainframe security products such as the IBM Security and Identity Manager (ISIM).
The Consultant must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Two (2) years’ experience within the last three (3) years supporting IBM Mainframe Z Series operating system environments and operating systems internals, architecture, operations, security, and storage management controls.
Two (2) years’ experience within last five (5) years working with Mainframe subsystems and program products and IBM utilities.
Two (2) years’ experience within the last five (5) years as a senior-level IBM Mainframe ACF2 Administrator developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security programs for IBM-based applications utilizing ACF2 and working with all of the following:
SAF definitions, ACF2 Global Systems Options (GSO) records.
ACF2 product verification, configuration.
Testing and rule administration. Reading, interpreting and generating reports from SMF records generated by z/OS and ACF2.
All ACF2 utilities.
UNIX System Services facility security, OMVS profile definitions.
Two (2) years’ experience within the last five (5) years with IBM programming, maintenance, and support on an enterprise level utilizing the following languages: COBOL, REXX, CLIST, IMS, CICS and Basic Assembler Language (BAL). Experience must include program development with all of the following:
BAL of exits for z/OS systems, IMS, CICS, and ACF2.
Batch REXX, REXX under TSO, REXX interface to ACF2 commands.
